We won three distinctions for our Rums!
In this article we show the key takeways from this event.
The 6-year-old rums produced by "O Reizinho", of which about 800 carried the original label and a further 205 were labeled as a special commemorative "Cardano Rum" NFT, scored BIG at the most prestigious sugarcane spirits competition in the world!
1. Our Cardano Rum is now the world’s best 3-to-6 year-old bottle! Third best across all categories.

3. Winner: Best Rum in Europe
We were literally BLOWN AWAY when we saw the results come out on the 17th of February 2022.
What an incredible achievement for our two small struggling businesses. That is, the cardano JORGE stakepool and “O Reizinho” rums. Especially during these times of COVID and economic uncertainty.
What is even more extraordinary is that our aged rum, the first-ever produced by “O Reizinho”, got
to the top on our first try!
Note, the awards are issued by the “International Sugarcane Spirits Awards”. Which is a conglomeration of the best experts
in the world on Sugarcane spirits. This is THE MOST IMPORTANT awards organization for sugar cane spirits!
